REFUND POLICY

We advise all customers to check orders once received. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds if there is an issue with plants more than 24 hours after delivery is completed. No refunds are offered for change of minds.

In the event of receiving live plants with evidence of rot upon delivery, please contact us via email botanpedia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and our friendly team member will be able to assist you. Please email us photos of any plants, demonstrating evidence of rot, to make it easier for us to help you.

 

For Click & Collect orders, we advise you to check the health of the plants upon collecting your order. Refunds or exchanges are not available.

Disclaimer:

 

Whilst all orders are handled carefully to ensure the customers will receive plants in their best condition on arrival. Some plants are very fragile and lose some leaves or become slightly dehydrated as a consequence of delivery schedules. This is normal and is expected for live plant deliveries. 

​

The plants may appear different from photos due to changes in conditions such as temperature, moisture of the soil and light.
