We deliver many of our products nationally across Australia, but, the delivery of live plants are currently only available to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT due to Biosecurity Laws. These restrictions do not apply to our collection of seeds and accessories. International shipments are not available.
All plants are shipped bare rooted and packed carefully to provide you the best quality plants.
Delivery Time:
There are two components that influence estimated delivery times.
1. Order dispatch (preparing and drying plant roots)
Plants are prepared and packed once a week. The cut-off time is at 11:59pm every Saturday. For orders before 11:59pm on Saturday, products will be dispatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be posted on the subsequent next Monday (a week later).
*If Monday is a Public Holiday, the plant will be shipped on Tuesday
2. Australia Express Post
All orders are delivered using Australia Express Post. Estimated delivery time for express delivery are available on the AU Post Website.
Seed-only orders are delivered through Australia Post domestic letter (with tracking) - $3 postage.
Click & Collect (Melbourne)
We have a collection point at Blackburn South, VIC 3130, and orders can be collected each Saturday*.
The Click & Collect option can be selected during checkout using the Click & Collect pickup option.
*Please note pick up is only available on Saturday (10am - 8pm). If you want to arrange other time, please email botanpedia@gmail.com to arrange the pick date and time.
All Click & Collect orders will have the plants potted with soil for collection.
